75 gramas de passion fruit gelatin
500 mililitros de boiling water
1 unidade de passion fruit
Oil a gosto
400 gramas de milk cream
Como fazer
Passo 1
In a bowl, add 25g of passion fruit gelatin, 300ml of boiling water and mix it very well. Next, add passion fruit pulp and incorporate.
Passo 2
Transfer the gelatin to a greased pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Passo 3
In another bowl, add 50g of passion fruit gelatin, 200ml of hot water and mix very well. Then, add milk cream and incorporate.
Passo 4
Pour over the gelatin and refrigerate for 3 hours.
