In a pan, add 790g of condensed milk, 400g of milk cream and 1 teacup of powdered milk. Turn on medium heat and stir it until thicken.

In a refractory, add the strawberries. I used entire strawberries to avoid they release water.

Pour the cream over the strawberries and spread well. Now refrigerate for 3 hours.

To make the ganache, melt 200g of semisweet chocolate. You and melt in a bain-marie or microwave every 30 seconds. Now add 200g of milk cream and mix well.
