395 gramas de condensed milk
3 colheres de sopa de cornstarch
3 unidades de egg yolks
500 mililitros de milk
400 gramas de sour cream
1 colher de sopa de vanilla essence
180 gramas de champagne biscuit
200 gramas de semisweet chocolate
Chocolate chips a gosto
Como fazer
Passo 1
In a pan, add condensed milk, cornstarch and dissolve very well. Next, add egg yolks and mix. Then, add milk, turn on medium heat and stir it until it thickens.
Passo 2
Add 200g of milk cream, vanilla essence and incorporate.
Passo 3
In a platter, place some of the cream and spread well. Next, add the champagne biscuits. Repete this process until all the ingredients are over.
Passo 4
Refrigerate for 3 hours.
Passo 5
In a bowl, melt the chocolate and add 200g of milk cream. Mix well.
Passo 6
Pour it over the pavé, spread well and refrigerate for 1 hour more.
