COCONUT DESSERT WITH PLUM SYRUP

Ingredientes

  • 200 mililitros de coconut milk
  • 395 gramas de condensed milk
  • 6 colheres de sopa de cornstarch
  • 1 litro de milk
  • 50 gramas de grated coconut
  • 1 unidade de plastic film
  • 4 colheres de sopa de sugar
  • 1 xícara de water
  • 250 gramas de prunes

Como fazer

Passo 1
In a saucepan, add coconut milk, condensed milk, cornstarch, milk and mix well. Then add the grated coconut. Turn on medium heat and stir until thicken.

Transfer the cream to a serving dish, spread well, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

In a saucepan, add sugar and let it melt completely. Then add water and mix.
Passo 4
Then add the prunes and mix again. Once it boils, remove from heat and let it cool at room temperature.

Once cool, pour the syrup over the top of the cream and spread it out well.

Refrigerate for 4 hours.
