Ingredientes

  • 800 gramas de sour cream
  • 395 gramas de condensed milk
  • 1,50 xícaras de powdered milk
  • 1/2 xícara de water
  • 12 gramas de unflavored gelatin
  • 200 gramas de semisweet chocolate
  • Strawberries a gosto

Como fazer

Passo 1
In a container, add 600g of heavy cream, condensed milk, powdered milk and mix everything well.
Passo 2
In another container, add water, unflavored gelatin and mix. Let stand for 5 minutes and then microwave for 15 seconds.
Passo 3
Pour in gelatin and mix again.
Passo 4
Transfer to a refractory and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Passo 5
Melt the chocolate and add 200g of cream. Mix very well.
Passo 6
Pour chocolate over cream, spread well and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Passo 7
Finish with strawberries to taste.
