Ingredientes

  • 3 unidades de egg yolks
  • 35 gramas de sugar
  • 100 mililitros de milk
  • 200 gramas de whipping cream
  • 1 colher de chá de vanilla extract
  • Sugar a gosto

Como fazer

Passo 1
In a bow, add the egg yolks, 35g of sugar, beat very well and set aside.
Passo 2
In a pan, add milk, whipped cream, mix well and let it cook until starts to boil. When it boils, you already can remove from the heat.
Passo 3
Transfer to the bowl that we set aside previously and mix everything very well. Next, add the vainilla essence and mix it again.
Passo 4
Pass this mixture throught a sieve to remove all the foam. Then, pour it in little refractory molds.
Passo 5
Take it to preheated oven at 320°F in a bain-marie, for 45 minutes.
Passo 6
Let it cold and spread the sugar over it, and caramelize with a culinary torch.
