En una sartén, añade 1 cucharada de manteca de cerdo, las tiras de pollo y deja que se doren.

Luego, agrega 1 cebolla y el ajo picados, la pimienta negra, el pimentón picante, la sal y mezcla bien. Entonces, reserva.

En la misma sartén, añade otra cucharada de manteca de cerdo y deja que se derrita.

Luego, agrega 1 cebolla picada y mezcla.

Agrega la salsa de soja, el jugo de limón y vuelve a mezclar.

Agrega el pollo y mezcla bien.

En una sartén con agua, añade la sal, los fídeos y deja cocer.

Ahora, vierte los fideos sobre el pollo y mezcla bien.

Luego, termina con el perejil y el cebollino.
