How to make

Step 1
En una olla con agua caliente, agrega la sal, las papas picadas y deja cocinar por 15 minutos aproximadamente.

En una olla, añade el tocino picado y deja dorar.

Luego, agrega 1 cucharadita de mantequilla, la cebolla y el ajo picados y mezcla.

Anade el pollo cocido y desmenuzado y volve a mezclar.

Agrega la crema de leche y el queso crema y mezcla muy bien.

En un recipiente, añade las papas cocidas, la leche, la pimienta negra, la sal, 1 cucharada de mantequilla y mezcla.

En una fuente para servir, añade un poco del puré de papas y extiéndelo.

Luego, agrega la mozzarella rallada.

Ahora, añade el relleno de pollo que hicimos anteriormente, el perejil y el cebollino.
