Cómo hacer

Paso 1
In a saucepan, add coconut milk, condensed milk, cornstarch, milk and mix well. Then add the grated coconut. Turn on medium heat and stir until thicken.
Paso 2
Transfer the cream to a serving dish, spread well, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Paso 3
In a saucepan, add sugar and let it melt completely. Then add water and mix.
Paso 4
Then add the prunes and mix again. Once it boils, remove from heat and let it cool at room temperature.
Paso 5
Once cool, pour the syrup over the top of the cream and spread it out well.
Paso 6
Refrigerate for 4 hours.

Ingredientes

  • 200 mililitros de coconut milk
  • 395 gramos de condensed milk
  • 6 cucharras sopera de cornstarch
  • 1 litro de milk
  • 50 gramos de grated coconut
  • 1 unidad de plastic film
  • 4 cucharras sopera de sugar
  • 1 taza de water
  • 250 gramos de prunes
