How to make

Step 1
En un recipiente, añade el bulgur, el agua caliente, mezcla y deja reposar durante 10 minutos.
Step 2
Transfiere a otro recipiente, agrega el pepino y el tomate sin semillas picados, la cebolla morada picada y el condimento casero.
Step 3
Para el condimento casero, en un recipiente, añade el ajo machacado, las hojas de menta, un poco de aceite de oliva y mezcla todo bien.
Step 4
Agrega el jugo de limón, el perejil, el cebollino, la pimienta negra, la sal, el aceite de oliva y vuelve a mezclar.
Step 5
Transfiere a una fuente y distribuye uniformemente.
Step 6
Luego terminar con un poco más de aceite de oliva.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of agua caliente
  • 1/2 unit of pepino sin semillas
  • 1 unit of tomate sin semillas
  • 1/2 unit of cebolla morada
  • 1 unit of diente de ajo

  • 1 teaspoon of aceite de oliva
  • 1/2 unit of limón

  • 1 teaspoon of sal
  • Aceite de oliva to tasty
